Following the global success of Hamilton on Disney+, another hit musical could make its grand movie adaptation debut : Once On This Island. According to Hollywood Reporter, Playwright Jocelyn Bioh is set to write the Wanuri Kahiu-helmed project. It is also said that Marc Platt is on board as a Producer. The Nederlander Theatres have cancelled all West End performances of The Prince Of Egypt up until and including 31 October. In their latest statement, Nederlander Theatres said: “We have now cancelled all performances of The Prince of Egypt at The Dominion Theatre, up until and including Saturday 31 October.” “This does not mean theatres will reopen following these dates; if further postponements and cancellations are necessary, they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis.
