Patti LuPone (Brinkhoff/Moegenburg) by Moira Armstrong The 2018 West End interpretation of the 1970 musical Company will transfer to Broadway this spring, beginning previews in the Jacobs Theatre on March 2 and officially opening on composer Stephen Sondheim’s 90th birthday, March 22. This revolutionary production, directed by Marianne Elliott, reverses the genders of the characters, updates the script and, during its London run, won four Olivier Awards. Jordin Sparks to return to Broadway as Jenna in Waitress

Casting announced for “The Lightning Thief : The Percy Jackson Musical” on Broadway

Hadestown announces a National Tour

Words by Léna Fontaine The Tony Awards-winning musical ‘HADESTOWN’ will launch a National Tour in fall 2020. The news was announced on ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning following a performance by the Broadway Cast of a medley of “Way Down Hadestown” and “Wait For Me”. The show will play over 30 cities accross the country including Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New Orlean, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. More cities and stops will be announced later on. New casting includes Bryce Pinkham as Senator Robert F. Kennedy, Emmy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Gordon Clapp as J. Edgar Hoover and Tony Award winner Frank Wood as Senator Everett Dirksen.
