Although it’s definitely been a strange and rough year for the industry due to the coronavirus outbreal, the show must go on! Back in August, The Broadway League and American Theatre Wing announced that the annual Tony Awards ceremony would still take place virtually this fall. Broadway to remain close through summer

Words by Léna Fontaine Theatres will remain close until september at least due to the coronavirus outbreak. The news was confirmed by The Broadway League with a date to resume performances is still yet to be determined. As for the dates and performances that were supposed to take place through september 6 2020, Broadway theatres are offering refunds and exchanges.
