What shows are we dying to see make a comeback?
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button closed in July 2023 after a short run at the Southwark Elephant Playhouse. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a show like no others. Its touching story took our breath away right away with its perfectly crafted characters, both heartwarming and heartbreaking story and flawless music. An amazing and inovative show that we hope will make a comeback in 2024 with a proper run in the West End.
Sing Street
Based on the 2016 movie of the same name, Sing Street is set in Dublin, 1982, as Conor tries to impress a mysterious girl, Raphina. With a score that embraces the new wave sounds of the 80s, Sing Street is an ode to the thrill of young love and a celebration of the power of music to lift us up. But back in 2020, the show had its Broadway run cut short due to the pandemic. The show was presented by the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston in the fall of 2022, with plans to move to Broadway. Let’s hope it will finally get the run it deserves!
