The new musical Jagged Little Pill takes over Broadway in previews today, ahead of the show’s official opening on December 5th at the Broadhurst Theatre. The cast recording of the show will also be released on December 6th. Get your ears ready! 

The show follows the seemly perfect Healy family from suburban Connecticut in their individual searches for truth, strength, and acceptance.

After seeing the show twice at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, MA, it’s safe to say Alanis Morissette’s music is just as relevant now as it was when first released in 1995. Diablo Cody’s writing with Morissette’s music is the perfect pairing. Not to mention the cast is stacked with unbelievable talent, including 12 Broadway Debuts. This is a show you will not want to miss!

The cast includes Kathryn Gallagher (BELLA), Celia Rose Gooding (FRANKIE HEALY), Derek Klena (NICK HEALY), Sean Allan Krill (STEVE HEALY), Lauren Patten (JO) and Elizabeth Stanley (MARY JANE HEALY). Completing the Broadway company are Yeman Brown, Jane Bruce, John Cardoza, Antonio Cipriano, Ken Clark, Laurel Harris, Logan Hart, Max Kumangai, Heather Lang, Ezra Menas, Kelsey Orem, Nora Schell, Kei Tsuruharatani and Ebony Williams.
