& Juliet extends West End run into 2023

Prepare to ROAR! The booking period of the hit musical has been extended to march 2023 at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London. The musical opened in the West End in november 2019 and gained instant popularity, becoming one of the most acclaimed show in the city. Unfortunately, performances had to be stopped when theatres closed all over the city due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The show is led by award-winning Miriam-Teak Lee in the titular role and Cassidy Janson (Anne Hathaway), Tom Francis (Romeo), Julius D’Silva (Lance), Alex Thomas Smith (May), Oliver Tompsett (Shakespeare) and Tim Mahendran (Francois). Keala Settle will play a final performance on 18 June. Malinda Parris will then take over the role of Nurse from 20 June.

Directed by Luke Sheppard, the musical has choreography by Jennifer Weber, set design by Soutra Gilmour, costume design by Paloma Young, musical supervision, orchestration and arrangement by Bill Sherman, lighting by Howard Hudson, sound by Gareth Owen, video design by Andrzej Goulding, musical direction and additional arrangements by Dominic Fallacaro and casting by Stuart Burt.

There will be a special sing-along performance of the acclaimed show at the Shaftesbury Theatre on Monday 6 June 2022 at 19.30.
