Full casting announced for Romeo+Juliet starring Kit Connor and Rachel Zegler

The new Broadway production of ROMEO + JULIET, starring Kit Connor and Golden Globe Award winner Rachel Zegler, has just announced its complete cast. They will be joined by Tony Award nominee Gabby Beans as ‘Mercutio/The Friar,’ Tommy Dorfman as ‘The Nurse/Tybalt,’ Nihar Duvvuri as ‘Balthazar,’ Sola Fadiran  as ‘Capulet/Lady Capulet,’ Daniel Bravo Hernández as ‘Abraham,’ Taheen Modak as ‘Benvolio,’ Jasai Chase Owens as ‘Gregory,’ Gían Pérez as ‘Samson/Paris/Peter’ and understudies Missy Malek, Timothy Oh, Susannah Perkins and Daniel Velez. Rachel Zegler and Kit Connor to star in a modern adaptation of Romeo+Juliet this fall on Broadway

West Side Story star Rachel Zegler and Heartstopper breakout Kit Connor are set to make their Broadway debuts in Romeo+ Juliet a modern-day adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic that will open in the fall. “The youth are fucked. Left to their own devices in their parents’ world of violent ends, an impulsive pair of star-crossed lovers hurtle towards their inescapable fate.
